The room in general was comfortable. The hotel is in the quiet district. This venue was situated really close to tourist destinations like babelsberg film park. Very easy to get from Tegel airport, just 16 miles.

Very large rooms, nice breakfast buffet. Hotel looks lovely. Cute little hotel. Free internet, free parking in the surrounding streets. Located in a housing area.
Pillows could be a bit harder, or provide some more pillows.

It was one of the friendliest hotel in Germany, all the staff was happy and friendly and smiling. The room was very clean and room was set out great, if you need your hotel with a lift, is has one. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. 2 mins walk to tram into the city centre, and parking at hotel is in very quite street. Outside the hotel. Very quite area, I slept very well, the room and bathroom was a great size.

Quiet sub-urban setting
Warning. Avoid this hotel, as the management and staff may let you down as they let us down. We booked the apartment and when we arrived were given a form to sign. Then we were told that they had deliberately double booked and put us in the small junior suite for the first half of our stay. We then had to repack everything for moving to the apartment when the other people left. The management seemed to think that this was OK, even though they had confirmed our booking well ahead. The small suite had no kitchen so our plans for self catering had to be scrapped, and eating out is more expensive. Also the suite was on the fourth floor and the management’s idea of customer service is to turn off the lift by 9pm. Luckily we were fit enough to climb 8 sets of stairs every evening (just about!). When we asked for some compensation this was refused as they thought that a plate of fruit and a bottle of water was enough compensation. So my advice is there are many other hotels in the area, go to one which looks after its customers.

Reception - very good and willing to help (although not always speaking English). Breakfast was ok, but could be more varied. Quiet sleep on a comfortable bed. Wish there was a bath together with/instead of shower cabine.
